Took a wee trip up to the Fairly Glen Falls up near Rosemarkie earlier today just to get out and about. So Pretty!
Aberlour to Craigellachie Wander
Wee late morning wander earlier between Aberlour and Craigellachie. Needed to get out into fresh air to clear my head. Thankfully the good weather is still here and accomodating.
Hadn’t realised it was such a nice walk between the two along the old railway line. Also didn’t realise there was a 100m tunnel down there. May be one of my new favourite walkies places.
Still think more should be done to open up old railway lines to be walking/cycle routes.
Said it before but this really is a wonderful part of the world, no need to go anywhere else!
Wander along to East Beach Lossiemouth
The footbridge over to the East beach Lossiemouth has been closed for a couple of years now but took an alternative route to get to the beach from Arthur’s Bridge just downstream on the River Lossie.
Bit of a trek, but worth it to get one of the best beaches in Moray all to myself for a couple of hours.
Lonely footsteps in the sand Shame it was a bit overcast… “Sea” gulls, where they should be!
I have no issues with these guys!Baby Oyster Catcher
#RunAwayYe ol’ bridge (for the archives) Oyster Catcher protecting it’s nest.. Rightly so.. Someone’s having fun! That’s one way to get across 2 1/2 hours later, back in the woods.
Shakedown round moray
Took another longer run out in the Scoob today along the Moray coast heading west before going due south to grantown and back. With a wee stop off at Logie Steading for a woodland wander down past Randolphs Leap

Shakedown to Cullen
Took the Impreza out today for a short run along the Moray Coast to Cullen. Nice part of the world this!
Always wanted to go for a wander over the famous dis-used railway viaduct, So spur of the moment thing.
Also, first time in a while the scoob has been back on the road and gone further than just a couple miles… Been chasing few different fuel leaks in recent weeks (rhyming not intended). happy to report all is well!
Friday evening stroll down along the Spey
End of the working week stroll down by the River Spey.
Beautiful part of the world this.
“May the Fourth…”
Cheezy title, I know.., But this date holds so much meaning for me. This was the date in 2014 when Gillian and I got married. Yes we picked the date specifically.
“May the fourth” be with you all, to safely get through everything life throws at you!
Happy Anniversary Gillian! ❤️??
